Position Overview
The Hydromat Set-Up Operator will set-up the Hydromat and produce machined parts of the highest quality in the most efficient manner obtained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Key Responsibilities/Key Duties
  • Hydromat Setup of complex parts with little or no supervision.
  • Run and monitor machined parts on Hydromat.
  • Set up, adjust and change tooling as needed.
  • Troubleshoot problem parts and perform minor maintenance procedures and document.
  • Follow daily maintenance procedures and document.
  • Inspect parts in process to insure customer requirements.
  • Train and assist all other operators in the department to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
Desired and/or Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma plus three to five years directly related experience.
  • Attain forklift certification.
  • Maintain good communication with department lead.
  • Maintain a positive working environment within all departments.
  • Basic computer skills.Work at a fast pace and able to adjust schedule to meet customer demands.
